During my time at RMIT University, I had the opportunity to design internal communication materials aimed at informing and supporting RMIT staff.

The first is an A5 booklet with accompanying A6 handout created to communicate RMIT's accessibility policies and support services to all staff. Designed with a focus on inclusivity, the layout and typography were carefully considered to ensure the content was easy to navigate and understand across a wide audience.

The second is an A6 handout on Flexibility and Accessibility at RMIT, featuring real staff who work flexibly. This piece takes a warmer, more human approach, putting faces to the policy and making the content feel approachable and relevant to everyday working life.

Third features series of
informational posters that were designed for staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, when the sudden shift to working from home created a need for clear, accessible guidance on health and safety in a home environment.

All the pieces reflect the same core challenge: translating institutional information into something people actually want to read, without straying from the established brand.
